Jacquelyn Ann Cook - Chanute AFB in Illinois mid- to late-1980s

I'm hoping you can help. My biological mother enlisted in the Air Force sometime in 1960-61, after she turned 18. I was born October 20, 1959, when she was only 17. Her maiden name was Jacquelyn Ann Cook and mine was Rebecca Jean. I was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and I believe she was born there as well.

Please, could you help me locate her ? A friend thought she saw an older version of me when she was stationed at Chanute AFB in Illinois mid- to late-1980s. I'd appreciate any information or contact you could help me with.
