I am writing to you concerning my father. I am 15 years old and came to England in August, 1990, as my father was stationed at your air force base in Upper Heyford in Oxfordshire. He seperated from my mother and I lost contact with him. I have been trying for 3 years now to find him with no luck.

All I know is that his name is Robert Ramsey. He had, upon moving to England, 2 girls named Stephaniee Lynn (me) and my older sister, Jacquelynn Marie.
